diesel fuel management system for boats and generators that
made installation very easy. It was impossible to tell the
story with a brochure or still photos, they had to show
it with video.
Additionally, to show their technological
awareness and to out shine the competition, they did not
want to just hand out printed brochures at the many trade
shows they attended.
Solution
A 2D interactive CD with an easy to follow
video showing the steps necessary to plumb and wire a fuel
management system. Integrated into the application in Acrobat
format are all the manuals and brochures.
For trade shows a repeating loop DVD was
created to display on the booth’s digital sign hardware.
Result
Far fewer support calls and happier customers
because installations are being accomplished correctly.
Prospects who have seen the easy installation
have purchased fuel monitoring systems. In just 3 months
from the time the CD was released, sales increased 10%.
